CHOICES HOME SUPPORT is a domiciliary home care service providing care to people in their own homes. Ranging from 1-24 hours 24-7. We are fully registered with CQC. We provide trained CRB checked staff WE provide support with personal care services through out the day or night, assist with bathing/showering, dressing/undressing, continence care, eating drinking. We work in partnership with other professionals and families to provide a full care package to suit the needs of the client.
Choices Home Support have both male and female staff for outings, over night sitting service, escorts to hospital appointments etc, and cleaning services, shopping.
New to our Service provision offers short term respite services at Take A Break Bolton Staffed by Choices Home Support Team
We have access to a registered Occupational Therapist should you need advice. Available by appointment.
Choices Home Support also has a shop at A1 Village Care this is a high street shop in Farnworth, Bolton. We supply a range of disability equipment to help make life easier.
We sell Bathing equipment, slippers, kitchen & dining equipment, Pressure Care, toileting/continence wear, walking aids, wheelchairs, cushions, plus a whole lot more.
