What does it do?

The Resource Centre gives older people the opportunity to find out more about the help and services available to them in order to stay healthy, active and independent.
The centre is open every Thursday from 10am to 3pm serving refreshments throughout the day. Home cooked meals are available from 12 noon until 1pm.
Newspapers and magazines are available.
Every Thursday morning a different service provider is available offering help and support. We also have a craft group offering a range of craft activities from 10am.
Seated exercise is available on alternate Thursdays.
