What does it do?
Two types of exercise classes available, Postural Stability and Tai Chi Chi Kung, that promote strong muscles and bones and help improve balance. The activities can be done seated or standing
Who it is for?
For older people who have a fear of falling, have balance problems, a history of falls and/or low bone density
Where it is available?
Local service (Cotswold).
