Positive Horizons provide a Domiciliary Home Care Agency based at our office in Bargate Belper. This agency is registered with C.Q.C. and has accreditation with Derbyshire County Council. It has been set up to respond to the needs of our clients. Our clients are those who, because of increasing age or disability, find it difficult to cope with domestic responsibilities and their own personal care needs. We provide care services to both the private and public sectors within Amber Valley and Derbyshire

We also provide housing and support services for adults with learning disabilities, and have built up specialist expertise that enables the delivery of services to Tenants and Service Users.

We have developed a service that is designed to provide the relevant specialist support delivered in a way that puts the Individual user in control. We focus on creating support packages that meet the changing needs of the tenant in innovative ways. We recognise the individuals right of independence and individuality.
