Who it is for?
The Service is for adults aged 18 years and over, who wish to remain in their own homes and be supported to do so. The Company also specialises in the care of people with Dementia, persons with Physical disabilities and Sensory impairments.Mental health conditions.
Where it is available?
Local service (Macclesfield).
What it costs:
The cost is relevent to the amount of Care/support that the Service User requires. People may have been allocated with a Personal Budget by their local authority that can be used towards paying for their care. People may also be entitled to extra financial help for example Attendance Allowance. Abbey Services (UK) Ltd will assist in accessing any financial help .
How to access or apply for it:
People can Access our services by telephoning the office, by E-mail or in writing.
What to expect then:
A Care Manager will arrange an appointment to visit the customer in their own home. The Service will be tailored to meet the Service Users preferences and choices.
A care plan will be devised and a risk assessment completed to ensure the service can be delivered safely.
