Specialist driving school
Our team of qualified and experienced Driving Standards Agency Approved driving instructors has been trained to the highest standards to teach people with special needs.
We can arrange for you to have rehabilitative tuition, driving lessons for confidence training and to adapt to new control methods and novice learner driver training to test standard. Our safe private track and quiet roads are ideal ‘starter’ locations. We can guarantee you will have one-to-one time with our specialist instructors, who will devise a
tailor-made learning programme to meet your needs. The driving school has a range of adapted vehicles including:

All our instructors are patient, proactive and experienced in teaching pupils with special needs, including deaf pupils.

MND Fleet Hire
We have a car fleet of passenger wheelchair accessible vehicles, which are available for hire, primarily for people who have Motor Neurone Disease.   This popular scheme has been developed to give individuals the opportunity to travel comfortably and safely to various locations of their choice.

QEF offers practical advice, assessment and training for those wishing to drive or increase their mobility through assistive technology, personal mobility vehicles and adapted cars.
