Once contacted, a Fabs Homecare experienced staff member will visit the service user to carry out comprehensive assessment of diverse needs of service user. Thereafter, a structured care plan tailored to meet these needs is drawn (if there is none already (in place). An appropriate key worker is then assigned to then assign to the service user. On the first day of the assignment, Fabs Homecare registered manager will visit the service user alongside the key worker to explain Fabs Homecare  service package, pass necessary information, and hand over all relevant documents
