Halcyon Home Care provides care services 7 days a week throughout the year to enable elderly customers in maintaining an independent life style in their own home. We are local professionals with all our staff living in or around Windsor and Maidenhead. Each assignment is personally designed to meet the care needs and circumstances of the customer and their family requirements and is contained in a contractual Care Plan, with activities that can include helping people out of bed with personal hygiene care, through to doing the shopping, or preparing meals, drinks and medication management or tidying the kitchen and bathrooms. In all our assignments we aim to provide a good social interaction for customers and value communication skills very highly when selecting staff.

We are specialists in providing care support and assistance to elderly persons living at home in the Maidenhead, Windsor and Ascot areas. Approximately 40% of our customers suffer to varying levels from different types of dementia. We also have experience in caring for people released from hospital suffering from stroke.

Regional service (Berkshire, Buckinghamshire).

While we do some work for the Council and people receiving direct payments, we are mainly set up for private customers. Our rates are standard but we have a history of discounts for large packages or ones that can be served off-peak.
