Recovering from illness or injury

What does it do?

It's normal to have problems with some aspects of daily living when you're recovering from illness or injury, or you've just come home from hospital. We help people in this situation to regain their abilities so they can keep their independence in their own home for as long as possible. This is called "reablement". Reablement is a short-term package of home care that rebuilds the skills you need to live independently, reducing your need for ongoing support. If you are recovering from illness or injury or you've lost some of your normal abilities because you've been away for a while, you may benefit from reablement services. Get in touch with us and we'll carry out an assessment to see if reablement is the right service for you.
