It's normal to have problems with some aspects of daily living when you're recovering from illness or injury, or you've just come home from hospital. We help people in this situation to regain their abilities so they can keep their independence in their own home for as long as possible. This is called "reablement". Reablement is a short-term package of home care that rebuilds the skills you need to live independently, reducing your need for ongoing support.
