We at L K Homecare aim to provide the highest possible standard of care and training with this in mind we are able to provide homecare services that promote independence and wellbeing and thus enabling you to continue living in your own home.
 
L K Homecare Services will ensure that you and everyone involved in your care package are always kept informed and up to date in any changes or needs. We will also keep you informed of the range and level of services the company provides.

Quality Assurance Systems L K Homecare is committed to regularly auditing the range of services we provide and the performance of our employees a Quality Assurance Coordinator will visit you on a regular basis to check on the quality of care provided and to review you individual care plan when needed or appropriate.

Elderly, Adults and Children, Learning Disabilities (including Challenging Behaviour & Autism), Physical, Disabilities, Palliative Care, Mentally Infirmed, Sensory Impaired, Drugs & Alcohol, range of Services for the Frail, Elderly and Dementia Clients

Where it is available?

Regional service (Greater London, Surrey).

What it costs:

Personal Care   
Monday – Friday: ₤14-00 per hour
Saturday- Sunday: ₤15-00 per hour

PERSONAL CARE SERVICES
Assisting you with - getting in and out of bed, help with washing, help with dressing & undressing, help with using the toilet, help with using the bath or shower, Help with grooming and help with incontinence care we can also do housework & shopping.

SOCIAL CARE SERVICES
Maintaining independence, accompaniment to social engagements & activities, GP, Hospital, Dental, Optician appointments, Liaising with GP, District Nurses, Health Visitor, and other services on your behalf.
