disorder (manic depression); dementia; depression (if severe); eating disorders; obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD); panic; personality disorders; phobias; post traumatic stress disorder (with referral to specialist service where required); schizophrenia; serious self harm; sexual mental health conditions; substance misuse (refer to specialist service).
