Blue Badge Scheme
What does it do?
A Blue Badge enables you to park close to facilities and services to improve your independence. It can be used in all European Community Countries
Who it is for?
For people who are registered blind, people who are unable or virtually unable to walk
Where it is available?
Local service (Forest of Dean, Gloucester, Stroud, Tewkesbury, Cheltenham, Cotswold).
What it costs:
There is a small registration fee

Telephone the Adult Helpdesk on 01452 426868 or e mail: socialcare.enq@gloucestershire.gov.uk and request details and an application form
What to expect then:
You will be required to give details of your disability and your GPs name and address and you will need to provide 2 passport sized photos. (If you have difficulty providing photos contact the Blue Badge team on 01242 532302)
