Live Well at Home Telecare/Telehealth/Response
What does it do?
Can provide advice and information about Telecare equipment and can offer the service of being the 1st responder in the event of an emergency. Also can provide this service to people who have community alarms but do not have a relative who is able to take on this role
Who it is for?
For people who have care needs but wish to retain their independence at home
Where it is available?
Regional service (Gloucestershire, Worcestershire).
What it costs:
You may qualify for free equipment and Live Well at Home will work with the Telecare Team at Glos County Council to establish whether you meet the eligibility criteria. There is a charge for Live Well at Home to be the 1st responder when the alarm is activated.

If you would like to proceed, someone will carry out an assessment with you in your home and will discuss what services might be of assistance to you.
