What sort of work do we do?
We can help you if you need repairs, adaptations or improvements to your home, enabling you to stay in your own home in a warm, safe and secure environment.

We will support you through the repair, maintenance, improvement or adaptation of your home using grants, charity funding and equity release, or by helping you to access any other service you may require.

If you are awarded a grant (may be subject to eligibility criteria) or financial assistance we will help and support you through the whole process and will keep you fully up-to-date as matters progress.

We are able to offer help or advice on such matters as adaptations, repairs, energy efficiency and benefit entitlement.

From small repairs to major improvements, EEHIA is here to help you. These are just a few examples of the work we can do:

How does the service work?
We will visit you at home to discuss your needs and help you find the right solution.

We will help you get quotations, advise on reliable contractors and oversee the whole job from start to finish.

We will also help you deal with any disruption during the work, or unexpected snags that can arise once the work is completed.
