Home Shopping Service

What does it do?

We will take a shopping order from you over the telephone then one of our drivers will arrive at your door with identification for you to check wearing Alixcare uniform.

They will bring the shopping into your home and check with you that you have received all the products on the shopping receipt. You will sign a delivery note as proof you have received the goods.

Where assistance is needed, they will help you to unpack your shopping and store it in your freezer, fridge and cupboards

Who it is for?

The Home Shopping service is ideal for short term help after recovering from illness or being discharged from hospital or as long term solution for people wanting to maintain their independence in their own home having dificulty with managing their weekly shopping tasks.

Where it is available?

Local service (South Oxfordshire, Vale of White Horse, West Oxfordshire, Cherwell, Oxford).

What it costs:

You would pay the driver on delivery for your shopping.
All clients are charged £5.00

How to access or apply for it:

Your carer can our office directly. Your care manager calling us directly or you can call our office directly.

What to expect then:

Now that we received your details we will send you a catalogue showing a range of products available and which day your  order and delivery will take place.
