Information and advice about housing options in Worcestershire.

What does it do?

Information and advice about housing options are integral to our work as a Home Improvement Agency. During our initial visit our Caseworkers review options with clients and aim to assist them to achieve their preferred outcomes.

Who it is for?

Older people and people with disabilities.

Where it is available?

Local service (Malvern Hills, Worcester, Wychavon, Wyre Forest, Bromsgrove, Redditch).

What it costs:

The service is free and supported financially by the Department for Communities and Local Government via EAC FirstStop Advice.
