What does it do?

We deliver personal care ie; bathing, showering, assisting with all continence needs.
Support clients with shopping.
Sit and support giving carers a break.
Domestic tasks.
Calls are made from 7am till 10.pm supporting visiting times breakfast, lunch. tea and bedtime calls.

Who it is for?

Domiciliary care to assist and support clients to remain in there own home.

Local service serving within 10km of M342AF.

What it costs:

Costs can be covered with the local social services.
Private visits are £11.42 per hour.

How to access or apply for it:

To access through social worker and the senior care worker will visit and discuss the care package.

Private clients can make arrangements via telephone call, the manager will go out to meet the client and discuss therecare package.

What to expect then:

Manager or senior carer will visit the client giving information on what the company can offer, go through the care plan with them ensuring that they agree with the care plan, they will be given relevant phone numbers for the office , out of hours and head offices number.

Additional information:

The office is opened from 8am till 5pm Monday till friday weekends openned 8am till 2pm.
We have a out of hours service which runs till 11pm each night.
80% of care staff are nvq qualified.
The company deliver an excellent induction to staff which covers all legistlation training.
