What to expect then:

Should applicants wish to proceed, we will arrange a home visit to carry out a detailed assessment of services required and also perform a risk assessment.  From this information an individual personalised Care Plan will be developed which details the kind of services we feel would benefit the applicant.  Once a Care Plan is  agreed we match clients and carers so they share common areas of interest.

Additional information:

Every Right At Home carer goes through an extensive interview process, including background and enhanced Criminal Bureau checks.  Once employed, carers are fully trained by Right At Home to ensure that they are able to deliver the care set out in the Care Plan.  Right At Home stays in close touch with carers to ensure things are going well.  We also make unannounced visits to the homes of those in our care to ensure carers are following the specific of the individual Care Plan.
