What does it do?

Our service is tailored to meet the individual need of the user through one-to-one
sessions, therapeutic group work and a variety of general activity
programmes, we provide both full day and sessional attendance.

Patients staying all day enjoy a meal within the day therapy setting. Currently
we provide services Monday to Friday but are looking to develop a
seven-day service. Where required we can provide transport, we mainly
use a local taxi firm to support this.

Who it is for?

Our Day Therapy Service provides a wide range of therapeutic approaches to promote
assessment, mental well-being and independence for person’s living in
the community mainly aged 65 years and over.
