Henley Older Adult Community Mental Health Team

What does it do?

Henley Older Adult Community Mental Health Team provides specialist
mental health services in the community forming a link with primary
care. We are a multidisciplinary team, providing assessment, treatment
and care for people over 65 years with a mental illness or cognitive
impairment, and people under 65 years suffering from dementia.

Who it is for?

Older adults (over 65 years) Adults of working age (under 65 years) with
dementia Individuals aged 65 or older who are currently receiving a
service from the Oxford Health adult services but whose needs have
changed in a way that could more appropriately be met by an older adult
service.

Where it is available?

Local service (South Oxfordshire).

What it costs:

The service is free of charge.

As there are limited staff on site all referrals need to be sent to:
South Locality Older Adults CMHT, Abingdon Community Hospital Site,
Marcham Road, Abingdon, Oxon OX14 1AG.

Office hours: Monday to Friday 09.00am- 5.00pm
