What does it do?

Oxford City Older Adult Community Mental Health Team is a
multi-disciplinary team, providing assessment, treatment and care for
people over 65 years with mental illness or cognitive impairment.
The team also offers memory clinics for diagnosis and treatment of dementia, and outreach day services.

This service is for:
  • Older adults (over 65 years)
  • Adults of working age (between 18 - 65 years) with dementia

Local service (Oxford).

What it costs:

The service is free of charge.

How to access or apply for it:

This service accepts referrals from GPs, Social & Community Services, and other health professionals.
In all cases the GP should be aware that the referral has taken place so relevant information can be shared.

Office hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00
