Volunteer Car Services

What does it do?

Aims to provide a community transport service for the inhabitants of North Holderness and its neighbourhood who are in need of such a service because of age, sickness or disability (mental or physical), or poverty, or because of a lack of availability of adequate and safe public passenger service. The volunteer car service allows people to meet appointments, go shopping, visit friends, medical centres etc.

Who it is for?

For local residents who are unable to use regular forms of public transport due to disability, rurality or factors associated with old age.

Where it is available?

Local service (East Riding of Yorkshire).
