What does it do?
It gives information, help, advice or support on a wide range of issues to enable people over 65 with care needs to stay in their own homes.
If you are eligible we can show you how to gain access to the services, aids and information that will help you to live your own life in your own home. And we can offer advice on any welfare benefits to which you may be entitled.

How to access or apply for it:
As a first step, you need to be referred to D.I.A.L by a Social Services adult team, either in Nuneaton (024 7635 1234) or in Bedworth (024 7664 3838). If you prefer, you can ask the Health Authority's Intermediate Care Team or the George Eliot Hospital to put you in touch with us. We will then arrange to call on you at a convenient time and arrange further visits if they are needed.
