The Uckfield ROVER

What does it do?

A responsive community bus service for anyone who has difficulty using scheduled bus services and who lives in and around Uckfield town centre, Ridgewood, West Park, Manor Park and Ringles Cross. The service operates Monday to Thursday
(excluding bank holidays) between 9.50am and 2.10pm.

Who it is for?

For local residents who have difficulty using ordinary forms of public transport due to disability or factors associated with old age. The bus is fully accessible and can accommodate wheelchair users.

Where it is available?

Local service (Wealden).

What it costs:

Single journeys cost just £1.50 (£3 for a return journey). ROVER cannot accept free or concessionary bus passes and no other tickets can be issued or accepted.
