By valuing our Support Workers and providing them with a clearly defined career path and unlimited opportunities for vocational training, we feel that we stand out from our competitors and as a result have a happy, well rewarded workforce, where staff turnover is very low.  We have a built an excellent team of Support Workers, administrators and managers who have the necessary skills and dedication to achieve the highest standards that we set ourselves.
