Handyperson Service
What does it do?
Glasgow City Council’s Handyperson Service provides practical help with tasks around the home that you may find difficult to do yourself. Help is provided with small repairs, for example:
- fixing a leaky tap
- putting up shelves
- changing a light bulb or fuse
- repairing or replacing locks
- housework
- cleaning windows
- re-hanging curtains
- laundry
- spring cleaning
Who it is for?
You can use the service if you are over 65 and live in Glasgow
What it costs:
The Handyperson Service is free. The only cost would be for any materials needed to complete the task.
