The service operates a 15-seater minibus which provides a door-to-door service with a professional driver who will help passengers on and off the bus, using a tail lift if necessary. Manual or electric wheelchairs or scooters can be accommodated in safety and comfort using tracking to secure them in place.

For frail elderly people or people with a disability who find public transport very difficult to use. Passengers may bring an escort.
