Blue Ribbon Community Care - South London

What does it do?

We offer care and support to individuals within the London Boroughs of Sutton and Croydon. By involving you and your family in developing and constantly reviewing the support we provide and the manner in which we provide it, we aim to empower you to remain as independent and fulfilled as possible. When writing your care plan, we endeavour to make it person centred; a true reflection of what you need us to provide and how you expect us to provide it. You will receive a copy of your plan so that you can let us know if we have everything right. Support provided may be from as little as one or two hours per week to full 24 hour support. We provide support at home in the form of housework, meal preparation, personal care and companionship and support in the community to enable you to complete your weekly shopping, attend activities, clubs and appointments and to maintain or develop social contacts.

Who it is for?

We are able to provide services to older people, people with a learning disability, individuals with autism, and to adults with a physical or sensory disability

Where it is available?

What it costs:

Our hourly charge starts at £14.00. Support is also available in both half an hour and quarter of an hour periods if this better suits your needs.
