Central Bedfordshire's community bus serviceWhat does it do?
We run weekday scheduled services from Shefford and surrounding areas to Bedford, Letchworth, Baldock, Southill, Stevenage, Milton Keynes, Hitchin and Welwyn Garden City.
The services are designed so that our passengers can be dropped off as near to their homes as is practical. Drivers also endeavour to assist elderly alighting passengers with their bags. We feel that the Wanderbus provides an essential service in providing the elderly, disadvantaged and rural communities with way to get out and enjoy local and regional amenities.

Who it is for?
All of our routes are registered and are therefore open to the general public although the majority of our passengers are Pass Holders. Our routes serve some areas of social housing, remote areas and others with poor transport links.
