What does it do?
Redbridge Day Opportunities offer a range of activities and support for adults living with a learning disability, physical and/or sensory disability, dementia and older people. Through varied fun and engaging activities, we aim to increase people’s social interaction and improve people’s quality of life. Our services also offer a welcomed break for unpaid carers and loved ones.

We support and empower members to develop and increase their life skills, confidence, wellbeing and encourage them to play an active part in their community. With over 50 varied sessional-based activities taking place across three services, there’s something for everyone.
