The Chaul End Centre
What does it do?
We work with adults referred to us by the Social Work Team.
We provide a range of activities and programmes to suit all abilities: in house activities include cookery, literacy, computing, bowling, needlecraft, jewellery making, art, badminton, music and movement, keep fit and personal training.Out of centre activities hydrotherapy, football, trips, theatre, venues and places of interest.
Together with the Stroke Association, Cart and the NHS we are due to commence rehab programmes to complement the work done by the specialist teams as a stepping stone to mainstream gyms.
Our philosophy is to encourage those with limitations to chose, to achieve, to gain new horizons, new goals and to live a full lifestyle.
