What does it do?

Woden provides a wide range of quality services which promote the health and independence of older people.
The aim of the centre is to enable older people to maximise their independence by supporting them and their carers with services which are
accessible and meet their individual needs.
The centre provides a doctors service and a practice nurse to centre users.

To receive services from the centre you must first have received a care assessment.
