What does it do?

We provide services for both people living at Fourways and day visitors through structured programmes and are focused on

  • Rehabilitation
  • Transition to the Community
  • Structured social activities
  • Short term breaks

Who it is for?

Here at Fourways we support people who have acquired brain injuries, physical disabilities or sensory impairments. Our aim is to help people to be as independent as possible and take an active part in their local community

Local service (Wigan).

What it costs:

There will be some cost but the actual amount you pay will depend on what services you receive.

How to access or apply for it:

The Department of Adult Services Central Duty Team is the first point of contact for all referrals and general enquiries. You can contact them from 8.45am to 8pm, Monday to Friday and 8.45am to 1pm Saturday on 01942 828777.

Additional information:

When you contact us we'll discuss your situation over the phone and possibly arrange a visit to your home to work out with you the day centre that will be most suitable for you.
