Our ACTIVE Volunteer Car Scheme ACTIVE Transport for Vulnerable and Isolated Older People 60+ living within Coventry
Voluntary drivers using their own vehicles to provide transport for vulnerable and isolated older people to be able to access all NHS
medical appointments, including GP's, medical centres and University Hospital Coventry & Warwickshire (subject to criteria and
availability).
ACTIVE Transport for Stroke Survivors and their Carers living within Coventry Voluntary drivers providing transport for stroke survivors and their carers to attned NHS medical appointments including GP's and hospital. The project also provides transport to rehabilitation classes and support groups enabling stroke survivors to cope with their limited mobility and provide support to their families.
