Claremont Day Centre (Claremont Project)

What does it do?

Claremont Project is a multi disciplinary centre for people over 55 who live in the area. Claremont’s range of groups and activities promote creativity and well being. These include
  • Mondays: Art Therapy at 10:30am, Ballroom Dancing at 11am, Music Therapy at 2pm.
  • Tuesdays: Keep Fit at 10am, Dramatherapy at 11am, Singing at 2pm.
  • Wednesdays: Art Therapy at 1:30pm and Line Dancing from 2pm.
  • Thursdays: Tai Chi at 10.45am, Yoga at 2pm and Ballroom Dancing from 2pm.
  • Fridays: social coffee morning from 10:30am, Live Performances from 2pm on the first Friday of every month.
Claremont also has low cost Psychotherapy and Art Psychotherapy services for adults on low incomes.
