Respite care for adults
What does it do?
Sometimes you and your family or carers might want some time apart. This could be for a few hours to a few weeks, and we call this kind of a break respite.
One way is to stay for a short time away from home, which can be in a nice quiet place where you can take some time to relax, or we can arrange for you to take part in activities and holidays.

Who it is for?
A carer is someone who looks after a relative, friend or neighbour, who needs support because of their sickness, age or disability.
