What does it do?

When someone becomes mentally ill it is often difficult to understand, hard to discuss and it can mean major adjustments to family life, finances and social activities for all involved.
Mental health carers often feel isolated, overwhelmed, forgotten and confused. But you are not alone.
You are welcome to join a friendly, informal support group for people caring for someone affected by mental illness.
