The Blue Badge Scheme offers on-street parking concessions. There are two different types of Blue Badge:
Individual people can apply for an individual Blue Badge, or
Organisations can apply for an Organisational Blue Badge to cover their vehicles.

The Blue Badge Scheme offers on-street parking concessions to Manchester City Council residents:
Drivers or passengers with severe walking difficulties
Registered blind people
People with severe upper limb disabilities who regularly drive a vehicle but cannot turn a steering wheel by hand.
