CRESS is a membership scheme that provides peace of mind to enable you to plan for an emergency. The person you care for would be supported in their own home should you be temporarily unable to provide care. You will complete an emergency plan with details about the person you care for and contact details for up to 3 relatives, friends or care provider known to you who could provide support.

In an emergency you or someone else can contact us and we will contact those people you have named in your emergency plan. If the named person is not available as a last resort we will provide our own living at home service for up to 48 hours (72 hours if over a weekend) whilst the emergency is being resolved.

Once your plan has been agreed you will receive a unique membership card to carry with you at all times.
