Who it is for?
Applicants should be aged 18 years or over, and East Riding of Yorkshire residents, to be eligible for assessment.

You can telephone the customer service network on (01482) 393939, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for general help, enquiries and information on all council services.
Additional information:
It would be advisable to make an appointment, prior to visiting. Opening hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 4.30pm Fridays.
