What does it do?

Answers queries, provides information and advice, and signposts to other agencies.  More complex issues can be referred to our own Advice and Advocacy service.

Who it is for?

Our First Contact advice line provides information and advice to people over 60, their families, friends and carers in the Borough of Kingston.

Where it is available?

Local service (Kingston upon Thames).
