You can telephone the Benefits Call Centre on (0114) 273 6777.  This number is available between 08.30 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday.

If you would like to speak to someone in person you can visit First Point in Howden House on Union Street, S1 2SH. First Point is open from 08.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. You can also make an appointment to speak to a Benefits Advisor at your local Housing Area Office or Local First Point by calling the Appointment Line number on 0114 273 6187.
