Home Care in Wadebridge
What does it do?
We will develop a care and support plan with you, as well as with others, such as friends and relatives, should you so wish. Your plan could include assistance and support with the following, depending on your particular needs:
• personal care, such as getting in and out of bed, toileting, bathing and dressing
• domestic tasks, such as making lunch, light housework, shopping, and help with ironing and laundry
• personal support, such as collecting your pension or prescriptions, and assistance with medication
• respite and sitting services
We will regularly review your care and support plan to meet any changing needs you may have.
