What does it do?
Portfolio Homecare are registered with Care Quality Commission (CQC) delivering professional care for those who wish to remain in their own homes offering freedom of choice, maintaining dignity and independence.
We provide a personalised homecare service to our clients with highly commited and appropriately trained and qualified care workers and office support staff in:
Once all the essential information has been assessed, we will select a care worker with the appropriate experience, skills and understanding of the clients needs and will always strive to provide continuity of care 365 days a year.
Our Homecare Coordinator will continue to make regular visits to ensure quality of care and to identify if changes are required so that the care we provide evolves with the care that is required.
Our culture is to provide an open and transparent environment for our clients, their families, staff and other involved parties.
We are able to discuss the range of available funding options, including payments via local authorities and social services; direct payment plans via individual budgets and privately funded packages. Many of our clients fund packages through a combination of these methods. Our clients are from diverse backgrounds and cultures and we try to meet these individual needs by selecting where possible care worker who match these diversities.
