The Carecall Service

The Carecall service is a portable alarm which is linked to your home through your current telephone line or WIFI network.

Pushing the button on your pendant or on your wrist strap will raise an alarm and make an emergency call to our control centre from anywhere in your home or garden.

If you need emergency help our dedicated and expertly trained staff will be on hand to contact your friends, family or emergency services to get you the help you need when you need it..

Our control centre operates 24-hours a day, 365 days of the year so you can rest assured that help is only a button push away should you need it.
