What does it do?
Helpline provide 24 hour service that supports our customers in their own home and the service is tailored to meet their needs.
Helpline offer two services - Monitoring Only and Monitoring and Response. Helpline can install smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, they are linked into the Helpline unit and are monitored through our call centre. We can offer other sensors, please ask for details.
