Our information and advice team can help you Find help at home, with safety and security, housing needs, they provide a listening ear, Information on care homes, support for carers, help with welfare benefits, care at home and much more.

Factsheets

Age UK has 50 information guides and over 70 factsheets. They are ideal for those who wish to help themselves and provide guidance for those whose work helps older people.

Besides helping older people to claim welfare benefits, our information and advice team provide free information & advice on a variety of topics by answering over 4000 telephone enquiries a year from older people, their relatives and carers. Referrals are also taken from Social Services and health professionals.
