The Adaptations Agency

Adaptations for disabled people to be independent at home

What does it do?

Examples of the work we may do range from a handrail over the bath to a walk-in shower, stairlift or ramp. Some of the work is free of charge and there are various schemes available which apply whether you are a tenant or own your home.  Where appropriate, a Disabled Facilities Grant will be awarded. Different rules apply to different schemes.  See website
for more details.

Who it is for?
