Lyme Regis U3A

What does it do?

The Lyme Regis U3A branch, is committed to the principle of sharing or advancing knowledge among older people and providing facilities for leisure time and recreational activities for such persons.  U3As are self-help, self managed lifelong learning co-operatives for older people no longer in full-time work, providing opportunities for members to share learning experiences in a wide range of groups and to pursue learning not for qualifications, but for fun. 

Who it is for?

Membership is open to people who are no longer in full-time employment and who are free from the constraints of parenthood. In practice, U3A meets the needs of the rapidly growing number of people over the age of 50.

Annual membership is £12.
