Adult Social Care

Care and support for older people in Nottinghamshire

What does it do?

Our focus is to help you to be independent so you can live a more fulfilled, enjoyable life with strong links to your community. The type and level of support you can expect will adapt and differ as your needs change. We will have conversations with you about how your needs may best be met.
There are three key stages of support:
1.  Helping you to help yourself. Visit www.nottshelpyourself.org.uk for information about activities, groups and services.
2.  Helping you when you need it.
3.  Helping you to be independent over the longer
term and keeping your progress under review.
